Made appointment for a specific time that was available. Sat in waiting area for 20 minutes past my appointment time.
Thorough and professional while still being empathetic.
The provider Providera was very helpful and made me feel welcomed to the clinic. Instead of feeling uncomfortable because o was sick.

Nurse practitioner claimed she could not find my veins, didn't try, and told me to go somewhere else. There are no appointments available in my area for the next several days and none on the weekend. This is an incredible inconvenience because eod her inability to do what is expected.
The video request is intrusive and awful. However, the NP who saw me took her time with me to carefully exam me and to document my symptoms. While I still am suffering the allergies that brought me to the clinic, after testing I was relieved to know I was not contagious and could be around my family. She had a great manner and I appreciate her thoroughness.
Easy to schedule. I was going to schedule online but it told me my location had no wait but then I waited an hour. It was fine, would have brought a book. There were 3 other appts in front of me.
