I made an appointment for ED consultation and prescription and when I went on the website to make an appointment, everything looked fine to do this. I waited for quite a long time after my appointment time. Just to be told that they cannot prescribe the medication so there is no point in me being there. Dismissed after a 10 second conversation. The Web site should say that that is the case. And that only renewals of medication are allowed. Waste of time.
The doctor that saw me was amazing!! So thorough and so knowledgeable.
I am still experiencing a sore throat, congestion, and fatigue. I have greenish flem and wasn't given a throat swab to determine if I had strep or any other possible outcome. Will need to follow up tomorrow with my primary for possible medication.

The Provider has been extraordinary and did beyond what she had to to help me and others. She was extremely accommodating and because of her I will be probably back considering how kind she was and how easy she made things for me.
