The online scheduling and easy check-in are a big benefit, but hands down, the care provider (the Provider) made this entire experience the best! When someone feels horrible, they can rely on CVS Minute Clinic, even away from home, to get them to well again quickly. The Provider used her professional expertise to guide me and insure I received the most appropriate care. Many thanks! She is a tremendous asset to the company!

Provider was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. My son and I felt heard. He was given a correct diagnosis and an effective treatment plan.

I checked in via the email confirmation I received and also through text, but the nurse practitioner still couldn't find us to having had checked in. My daughter was vomiting and she was asking the nurse to throw it out. She said to hold onto it even though her back was hurting, she couldn't really move and that's why she was giving the throw up bag away to get disposed. The nurse practitioner acted like we weren't there because she was too busy trying to figure out how to check us in and she didn't ask the symptoms of my daughter until after 10 minutes of being in the clinic office. She ended up not doing anything because she said that my daughter needed a higher level of care and I took her to cooks emergency room in Prosper. I will never go to a minute clinic ever and I will discourage everyone who thinks they will get any type of service from the CVS MinuteClinic it was a total waste of time and I'm gonna be billed for this inconsiderate nurse practitioner taking my daughter's blood pressure and temperature. She wasn't even trying to make or help my daughter get comfortable. I honestly don't know why she became a nurse practitioner or dealing with people in person because she has not people person at all. She should work doing office administrative job instead because she has not cutting it as a representative of CVS' minute clinic in Prosper!

The Provider at Prosper was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She gave me confidence that I would have the best care. I would recommend her to friends and family.

Efficiency, professional, and clean environment.

I was not able to get the vaccine due to system issues and I went to two different CVS on two different days. The practitioners were great and tried their best to assist - this score is solely based on the system issues.

The scheduling and check in process was easy and fast. Very convenient when something happens on weekends. The doctor was very helpful, patient, explained me what to do and prescribed medication.

Our appointment was at 4pm and the person inside let other patient go before us claiming there had been 2 appointments at the same hour. I have used minute clinic for years and there's never two appointments at the same time. We checked in first and waited 50 minutes and the other patient came later. Just for clarification, vaccines are on a separate section, it was open so it was not that. I am just asking to respect appointments and walks in should be seen at then end not in between appointments.
