It's a comfortable setting. This was my first to the clinic. Health providers were very professional and nice to me.
Easy in and out
Patient management in this day and age should not be this bad. If you schedule a patient for a TB check (3 minutes-max for 10 am. But schedule other spots around it that go very long AND you take walk-in. Hire someone else, schedule appts for appropriate time allotments, or stop taking walk ins? Any of these would work, but you choose to do none of them. The young NP was there all by herself managing so many patients, walk in continue to come in and appts get pushed well beyond normal expected wait times. This is unacceptable.
The CVS Minute Clinic at 605 Campbell Rd Richardson Tx is wonderful. The PA I saw last week was VERY through, kind and helpful. Each time I ha e been has been helpful. I went a year ago in May 2925 with what I thot was a UTI. The PA said something looked off. She sent me to the ER. I was septic and had stuck kidney stones!! She was amazing to catch this. She called 2 and 3 weeks later checking on me. The Provider
