Great practitioner!
The wait time was reasonable, the provider and staff were pleasant and competent.
The scheduling web site was very slow to respond and update compared to the timing of the appointment I scheduled. I scheduled it and had been at the clinic for 5+ minutes (about 15 minutes after I scheduled it) before it filtered through to the check-in station and me getting a text with a confirmation code.
It was easy, clean and friendly.
My husband has been here several times and always had good experiences. This was my first time and I did not have an appointment. At first my wait time was 40 minutes until all the appointments started showing up. At that time the medical practitioner came out and asked if I could come back as her next couple of appointments were going to be an hour long. She made the appointment for a later time & I had no problem with that since I live close by. She apologized several times but I understood. She was very professional and friendly. I had a good experience and I would go again but with an appointment.
The service was amazing, I really liked how kind and attentive the nurse practitioner The Provider was.
Wasn't very satisfied the way it was attended.
The NP was great. I received great care. The appointment was easy to make and I was called in on time. No complaints.
I was seen at scheduled appointment time. My health issue was addressed.
