Providera was so incredibly understanding and caring. She listened to my every concern and took the time to explain things in detail. I had better service seeing her than a primary care doctor, I couldn't recommend her enough. The facility was also clean, the check-in was speedy, and the wait time was slim to none! 10/10!
"I was charged $161 for a procedure that was NOT performed. The NP referred me to an ENT because she couldn't do it, yet I was billed the full amount. This is a billing error and extremely unfair.

Staff was nice, it was convenient, especially being able to book directly from my insurance portal page. The lighting in the room was a bit on the dark side or I thought which wasn't great.
