The practitioner was warm, kind, and knowledgeable. She was attentive and answered all of my questions.
I was treated by knowledgeable, gracious nurse practitioner who understood the problems and took appropriate steps and tests to diagnose them.
NP went above & beyond to diagnose issue
I was really frustrated that I walked in hoping to be seen and instead had to make an appointment to come back the next day. I also really don't like the fact that there is no way to have any idea how much it's going to cost to be seen.
Provider was very thorough, asked many questions, did not give me stuff i dont need.
Minute Clinic is convenient for quick diagnostics. I appreciate the level of care and attention.
The Provider was my NP and spent a lot of time with me, not appearing rushed at all. Very patient & kind.
Great nurse practitioner.
I went in, unsure which shots I needed for now, and the nurse's assistant explained what I needed and why. (Also advised me to be prepared for a slow weekend, some shots hang you up).

I scheduled an appointment for 3:10 pm. I arrived at 2:45 pm and checked in 25 minutes before my appointment even started. I then waited for an additional 35 minutes in the waiting room (1 hour total) and watched people who checked in after me go in before me. What is the point of an appointment if I won't be seen when I am scheduled? All I needed was a TB screening. All the doctor did was ask me questions and I answered yes or no. I was in there for about 5 minutes. Knowing that TB screenings are quick (I've had 3 before for my job) there should be no reason I am sitting waiting for an hour.... also still insane that a woman that arrived 15 minutes after me was seen before me. How can I trust the appointment time and make plans if it is going to take way longer than it should?? The practitioner was nice and she did her job fine, but just insane to me that making an appointment doesn't actually mean anything. It's like when you make a reservation, then arrive at the restaurant and your table's not ready for an extended period of time. What is the point of the reservation if you're not going to seat me at the time scheduled? You knew I was coming?!
