Ease of scheduling an appointment. Did not have to wait once I notified the clinic thru the app that I was in the waiting area. The medical providers were friendly and professional.
Office was clean. Appointment was on time as scheduled. Nothing felt rushed like at some other doctor's offices. Very pleasant experience overall.

Great staff
The NP Iris is so special. I've seen her many times over the years and she is so knowledgeable, informative and caring. She always responds to my concerns or illness with appropriate questions and takes the time to walk me through all her procedures and expected outcomes. I would not hesitate to see her again for any urgent care I might need and would highly recommend her.
The nurse practitioner was incredibly helpful and helped me after my doctor left his practice, no other doctor could see me until the day before my trip, my medication was never ready on the same day, and she saved me from having to start all over. She was extremely kind and helpful. I couldn't thank her enough!
