The fact that your cost for a sports physical literally DOUBLED in a year is insane. All the other urgent cares are doing it for 40 dollars. Yours was 180. Wish we had known that prior to going to CVS. And the CVS app said 82 dollars for a sports physical. Never again.

I was very happy with my visit to the Minute Clinic. The doctor was very thorough and I felt very comfortable with her. She took time to learn more about my condition rather than just get me in and out and issue a prescription. I was very impressed and based on whether insurance helps me out with my visit financially or not, I will return when needed.

The process was very simple. I was taken at approximately my appointment time. NP and assistants were professional and caring. Results received quickly.

My visit went well but I cannot access my report as somehow my birthdate on your end is incorrect and when I put in my real birthdate it tells me I am wrong. I have no idea how to get this corrected. Can you please help?

The provider was running almost 40 Mins behind schedule and caused me To be late for work. Then once I was finally Seen appointment felt rushed.

Staff was friendly, did thorough exam, provided follow up options.

I was there for DOT physical. Made an appointment got the physical in and out. Where most places it takes hours in a waiting room. It's also 5 minutes from my house.

The Provider was awful. She didn't introduce herself, I had to ask who she was halfway through. I would ask questions and she would quite literally ignore me. I told her my ears hurt and she pulled them to her by the lobe! She told me " there is nothing more we can do for you. You've been seen twice in a month. Find a specialist" even though I told her I was worried it was my TSH numbers from thyroid cancer. Her appearance was unkempt like she just rolled out of bed. Didn't seem like she wanted to be there AT ALL. I had to ask if the appt was over. I would never go to her again. But made sure to ask at the end if I wanted a rubber " I matter" bracelet. The worst experience I've ever had with a provider anywhere.
