Professional, quick and easy. I love this service!

I was had a quick and easy visit. I had an ear infection and was taken care quickly. I was prescribed an antibiotic and got out there in less than 10 minutes on a Monday morning. I greatly appreciated the attention to detail. I was treated very well. Great experience!

I waited for 1.5 hours as the check in system did not accept my details despite having booked an appointment, I could not raise the problem with anyone and was seen 1.5 hours later than my booked time

The NP messed up with my blood sample and I have to redo the test somewhere else.

I had an appoinmetnt at the Chain Bridget Road, McLean, VA Minute Clinic and even received several text messages earlier that day reminding me of my appointment. I checked in at the clinic kiosk and waited for a while, as I as there around the lunch break. When my appointment time came and went, I found a CVS staffer who then told me that the clnic was not open at all that day. According to her, I should have received an email or text notifying me of the closure. I was able to to make an appointment at another CVS Minute Clinic close by and that one was open as advertised. I was able to get what I needed at that location. That clinic provide was shocked that the other clinic was closed without any warning/announcement. If this had been my first time using CVS Minute Clinic, I would not use this service again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

The nurse was very polite, quick, and competent. She was informative not only about the vaccine she gave me, but also walked me through my vaccine history in considerable detail. Gracias.
