BEST EXPERIENCE WITH DOCTOR
I registered for a walk in appointment and was the first in line according to the system. For reasons no one in the store could explain to me, I was bumped down to third and had to wait over an hour to see healthcare professional. I was exposed to shingles and was hoping to get a titer test to ensure that I was not contagious. I was waiting near people while possibly contagious for longer than I should have.

process was smooth & easy - staff nice. I just rarely choose "10." Everything was fine, really.
Provided almost 0 meaningful advice. Just told me to go see someone else. Showed zero initiative or curiosity in resolving my concern. Would have gotten info just asking ChatGPT. But I opted to go see a person to get more tailored help, and there was 0 of that.
The Provider was so helpful in assisting! I was cutting it close to closing time and she was able to take me in. She explained the process and was very kind when administering my medicine

My visit to the clinic worked well to get a prescription for an eye infection. The website said I could just walk in and that's what I did. I wish I had scheduled an appointment because I had to wait and then the lunch break came up so I had to wait another hour. I missed the info about the lunch break on the website.
