Plug the power cord into 120 VAC 60Hz. Electrical outlet. ON/LOW- Press button once to turn unit on. LED 1 will light up to indicate low heat setting. WARM- Press button twice and LED 1 and LED 2 will light up to indicate the WARM heat setting. Set controller to desire setting. Powering On For Dry Heat Therapy MEDIUM- Press button three times and LED 1, LED 2,and LED 3 will light up to indicate the MEDIUM heat setting. HIGH- Press button four times and LED 1, LED 2, and LED 3, and LED 4 will light up to indicate the HIGH heat setting. OFF/RESET- Once all LEDs are lit up, the unit can be turned off by pressing the button once again. (Pressing button again will turn the unit on and the selection process shown above will restart). timer resets. Be sure to disconnect unit from power source after each use. Never leave a connected unit unattended. Place the heating pad on the area needing heat. Your heating pad is equipped with a special safety feature designed to shut the heating pad off after 120 minutes of use. When the automatic shut-off feature turns the pad off, the LEDs on the controller turns off to let you know the pad has shut off. To restart the pad, press the push button to restart the heat selection process. Product Differential. Due to continuing product development, the product you purchased may differ slightly from the one shown and described on the front of this manual. Wrapping Instructions. Place wrap on the affected shoulder with the top of the T shape closest to your neck. Wrap short strap around the upper arm and secure so the pad does not shift. Secure the long strap to the other side of the pad closest to your chest, making sure the pad is secure enough to not shift but is also comfortable.4Starting from the back, wrap the long strap around your back, ask for help if needed. To restart the pad at any time, press Push (On/Off) button until all LEDs are no longer lit to turn the pad off and then press Push (On/Off) button again to turn the pad on. The Auto Shut-off timer resets. Be sure to disconnect unit from power source after each use. Never leave a connected unit unattended.
Dry Heat Therapy
Plug the power cord into 120VAC, 60 Hz. electrical outlet.
Set the controller to desired setting.
Place heating pad on the area needing heat.
Press the OFF Button and unplug power cord when finished.
Moist Heat Therapy
Unplug the power cord from 120VAC, 60 Hz. electrical outlet.
Dampen one side of the heating pad with a spray bottle, sponge, or cloth.
DO NOT immerse heating pad in water or place under running water.
DO NOT spray water on the connector.
Follow Dry Heat Therapy steps 1 through 4 above.
Press the OFF button and unplug cord when finished.

Never pull this pad by the supply cord. Do not use the cord as a handle. Unplug when not in use.
This heating pad is intended for use on top of the body. Do not sit or lie on top of the heating pad. Never place pad between yourself and a chair, sofa, bed or pillow.
Loop cord loosely when storing. Tight pad may damage cord and internal parts.
Do not use pad with lotion, salve, or ointment preparations that contain heat producing ingredients. Skin burns can result.
Do not use a heating pad when symptoms of appendicitis are present. Consult your physician.
