Peel and place one patch on affected area like abdomen or lower back. Patch may be worn up to 8 hours. All done? Simply peel the patch off and discard. Use no more than 3-4 times daily. For ages 12+. We designed our adhesive to stay put for up to 8 hours. Avoid use if you have sensitive skin or know you are sensitive to adhesive-containing products. Like other adhesive products, you can ease removal by taking off during a shower or bath, pulling off quickly, pulling off parallel to your body (as opposed to up and away), and trimming hairy spots prior to use.

Do not bandage tightly or apply local heat to this area, like heating pads. In rare cases, burns have been reported for products of this type containing menthol. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens, redness or irritation develop, or if symptoms last more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, or you experience burning, swelling, or blistering where applied.
