Our menstrual cup is made with velvety-soft 100% medical-grade silicone for the most comfortable fit. Many of our customers switch between using Flex Disc and Flex Cup throughout their cycle, depending on their flow and what activities they're doing. Flex Cup comes in two sizes so you can choose the perfect fit for your body. Size 01 is ideal for beginners or pro cup users with light or heavy flows and has a capacity of 2 SUPER tampons. Size 02 is ideal for experienced cup users or those who have had 2+ vaginal births and has a capacity of 3 SUPER tampons. If you're unsure where to start, we recommend starting with Size 01. To clean your Flex Cup, simply empty your cup, rinse with cool water, apply a mild soap or cleanser, lather, and rinse again with warm water.
