The provider was very thorough and answered all my questions
The nurse I saw was wonderful. She was very attentive. Unfortunately my situation was "outside your realm of treatment. But the most frustrating part of the visit was trying to get you website to let me complete the registration forms. The only way it got it done was using the nurse's phone as a hotspot. If would not open for me at home and the connection was even worse when I was sitting in your waiting room. If you are going to require those forms to be completed online you need a massive upgrade to you system.

The appointment was handled very efficiently and thoroughly
The nurse and physician assistant were very thorough and respectful. Since I was from out of state and a senior, I was anxious about being seen for my medical issue....they helped me feel at ease and diagnosed quickly to help resolve my medical issue.
The doctor was very nice. She got me antibiotics for my sinus problems and ear infections and it was all very quick. Would definitely go again if I needed to.
