    "I was pleasantly surprised by this operation as I thought I was just going to a CVS pharmacy. This is an amazing alternative to the urgent care or getting a visit at my regular NPs office. I was able to make the appointment the night before and there were many available time slots to choose from. The Nurse as well as the Nurse Practitioner were both very attentive and it was great experience. I visited to be Covid tested and treated and both was done. "

"So grateful for the practitioner. She was kind and effective. I was able to get a speedy diagnosis for the Flu and get meds right there at the pharmacy. I am so happy that I chose minute clinic. Had I waited any longer, or tired to go to my GP I may have missed the window for the flu meds to be most effective. Thank you. "

"Work on the wait time. I had a 10:40 am appt and was not out of the clinic (for vaccination) until 12 noon. Signage: Minute clinic had a large announcement outside saying that they did NOT have bivalent Covid vaccine --but they did. Check-in kiosk out of order, no one attending to waiting room. Just disorganized. Eventually got the care I needed (vaccination) in a medically safe manner."
