Very detailed investigation done by The Provider practioner which is very much satisfied.
I appreciated the patience and professionalism I received from both health professionals. I am a 83 with mobility issues and some hearing difficulties so when special attention is given to me it is appreciated.
Very efficient, the doctor was great, lower cost than urgent care.
Both the triage nurse and the treating nurse were: very attentive, kind, knowledgeable, concerned, patient, asked great questions, and genuinely wanted to help me find the right solution this time.
The NP on duty was very compassionate and very helpful and listened to my concerns.
I had the opportunity to visit the Minute Clinic on 2 consecutive days (I had 2 different ailments) and both times I had a very good experience. Both the nurse doing the intake and the nurse practitioner were personable, efficient, professional and highly competent. I have been to the Clinic numerous times times since it first opened and have always had good service there.
The practitioner working when I went last Friday was understanding and helpful. She deserves a raise!
Easy to make appointment, got in fast, happy with the care given. Everything was explained well.

The providers nurse and NP were both wonderful! Warm and professional. Even though there was a packed waiting room they were efficient without rushing us.
