It was very easy to schedule online… When I arrive I waited less than five minutes… The exam room was clean and professional… The nurse practitioner was friendly knowledgeable, and totally met my needs
I like using minute clinic for the ease of scheduling and ability to be seen quickly, but the past couple times I have gone, everything is running behind schedule so I have had to wait 10 or more minutes past my scheduled appointment time which is hard when you have to plan other things around the delayed appointment time
It was excruciatingly hot in the exam room, especially as someone who had a fever and having to wait a while. I had an appointment, there were 4 chairs. Majority of my time was spent sitting and waiting in the exam room for my tests to be done. I then needed to do a pregnancy test to get prescriptions and she said okay go pee and I'm going to see other patients and I'll test when you're done. After I finished I had to stand and wait with my pee in a cup in a bag for about 10-15 minutes, while having a fever and positive for covid because there were no chairs open and she was with another patient. It seemed like it was her first day on the job, she was all over the place and sent my prescription to a pharmacy in Orlando FL (we're in MA!). It would've been nice to see CVS MinuteClinic invest in patient privacy and comfortability and provide a bathroom for ONLY MinuteClinic patients with a dual side door for urine samples.

The nurse practitioner was friendly, concerned, timely, thorough and knowledgeable. It was a very satisfying appointment.
