"I have no complaints. A wonderful alternative for medical treatment. I needed a flu shot & my NPs office didn't have the vaccine so I chose the Minute Clinic vs a drug store. I had an appt so it was quick & easy. Very bright and clean. The NP was wonderful!! I'll be back next year & tell my friends & family. "

"Had 2 appointments, and the time wasn't honored. Other visitors were taken ahead of us, forcing us to wait an additional 30 minutes. When practitioner was defensive about timing, I pushed back respectfully and explained the timing and how long we waited. She offered no apology, nor took ownership of the situation. It was frustrating to say the least."
