I had a nice experience for my first visit. The nurse practitioner was very nice. Explained everything. It went wrong when trying to reach out to somebody when I had a question about something you have to call the main line and they leave a message for the clinic and nobody calls you back. So I decided to make an appointment just to speak to the nurse practitioner again not realizing that it's gonna cost me $500 for the second time because my insurance apparently doesn't cover this weight loss program since I'm not morbidly obese, if I would've known what that was gonna cost, I never would've made an appointment now. I have to pay $1000 for two visits and I can't even talk to somebody when I want to I will never come here again and it's gonna take a very long time if at all for MinuteClinic to get paid. very disappointed. I would like for you to make this right by not charging me for the visit on March 19th. I never would have made an appointment in person if I was able to talk to someone on the phone. I did let the NP know how upset I was. I reached out to billing and of course they are leaving a message for someone to call me back.

The Doctor was nice when I came in for my very painful earache. She prescribed amoxicillin but unfortunately, they were not helping with my pain. 2 days later, I saw my regular doctor and she prescribed me more medication to help with my pain and help me start feeling better.

The doc was very nice, she explained potential side effects, and she didn’t hurt me giving me the vaccination like the pharmacy had done to me last October with the flu shot!!
