I like how it is accessable. I could not get an appointment for days with my doctor but was able to get in MinuteClinic and was treated. I am so appreciative to have a medical service that is easy available and very good and professional.
I came with a sore throat and she did a strep check and it was negative. But now I'm sicker. I have congestion in my chest. My ears are blocked and I'm coughing up phlegm. I really needed some medicine. I didn't get anything to help.
CVS was quick and easy.Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.It was a very pleasant experience.
On time scheduled appointment, courteous, thoroughness, knowledgeable, took time to explain, followup, with a smile. :)

Vanessa @ intake was caring, genuine, & helpful since I have never done this before. The doctor was less than helpful, concluding I had a 'viral' infection and should consider over the counter Nose Spray, over the counter Anti-inflammatory, & over the counter pain relief, I replied Unbelievable, was told not 2 raise my Voice ! Doc's hypersensativity and antagonism toward me was evident ! When I asked a question about antibiotics I was told I could leave ! I got Amoxicillen from another Doc and am doing well, now ! A simple Nasal Infection her examination did not reveal. I will not go back to Chardon Minute Clinic
