The nurse practitioner was excellent. My only complaint is that the bathrooms were filthy and every time I've been there at the Cvs bathrooms are filthy.

Easy to schedule.
The provider is excellent. She is kind, knowledgeable, and able to help you with your diagnosis and get you feeling better. You get the feeling like a family member is taking care of you, but still very professional. This is the type of provider you should work to keep at this location and you will continue to have happy patients that have no concerns about returning in the future when another health need arises.
Very easy to schedule and was seen quickly by the nurse practitioner.
The Provider was outstanding. Courteous, professional, patient. Listened to me. Very thorough. Gave excellent advice on treatment and walked me through steps that I should follow on an OTC recommendation and an Rx that she subscribed. Overall, ease of making an appointment for same day.
The practitioner listened to me and gave me the appropriate medical exam to assist me with my concern.

My only concern was that she gave me a prescription for amoxycilin after knowing that I had an allergy to penicillin. I did not realize this was an issue until I got home and googled information about amozycilin.

I was able to schedule my appointment online for 11:10 AM, and upon arrival the check-in process at the kiosk was quick and easy. Unfortunately, the system had double-booked the nurse practitioner, so even though I arrived on time, I ended up waiting until almost noon to be seen, which was extremely frustrating. That said, the nurse practitioner was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to assess my issue thoroughly and was able to make a diagnosis and help me get the care I needed. Overall, the staff experience was positive, but the scheduling system definitely needs improvement.
