My UTI appointment was quick but I had to give a urine sample and use the CVS bathroom. It was not clean at all. The floor, sink, and toilet was full of pee and fecal matter. The walls had a bunch of disgusting smears. The bathroom was so unsanitary it's definitely a safety hazard. I couldn't find the manager to let him know. The bathroom was disgusting, it was far from a good experience!!!

I have gone to CVS minute clinic in Gulf Breeze, FL many times and had a wonderful experience. However, after visiting the CVS minute clinic I inic in Chamblee, GA, I may never ever go to a CVS minute clinic again. I went to have my ears cleaned as I have before elsewhere. Now I cannot hear out of my left ear at all now, and I am in horrendous pain. I firmly believe that she broke through my ear drum. While she was squirting the warm water into my ear, she used extreme force and I had to stop her because of the pain, several times. Her attitude was ridiculous and rude. I pray that I haven't lost my hearing in my left ear entirely.

The practitioner had horrible bedside manner, appeared to not want to be at work and was very rude. She provided a diagnosis and asked for my pharmacy info. I had to ask what was being prescribed and if she could provide more information. Her response was sarcastic and she said it was hard to explain. The interchange was so bad I had to walk out. There was so much more that won't fit here. I called to make a formal complaint with Minute Clinic with no response so far.

I had an overall pleasant experience at this CVS MinuteClinic. The nurse practitioner was very hospitable, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. However, one area that really stood out to me-in a negative way-was the restroom. While it didn't appear visibly dirty, there was a noticeable odor that made it feel unclean. For a clinic that performs services like urine testing, I think it's especially important to maintain a higher standard of cleanliness and overall presentation in that space. With a bit more attention to restroom upkeep, this location would easily provide a top-tier experience.

I had a nice pleasant experience. It took a little longer than planned but that was because my finger wasn't bleeding enough.

Nurse was not friendly at all. My daughter has frequent ear infections and we've seen ENTs about and have been told there is nothing they can do. Nurse at CVS said that CVS will not see her again if she gets another ear infection within 3 months. She had terrible bedside manner with a 12 year old girl and appeared annoyed that she had to deal with patients.

Extremely long wait times, even with scheduled appointment - called in 45 minutes after scheduled appointment time! Four other potential patients came and left while we were waiting

1. I signed up for a walk-in on the website prior to going to the CVS location. When I got there, I spent 15 minutes waiting. I could hear the nurse and other staff setting up some item in their office. By the time they came out to see me, they told me they were going to lunch and wouldn't be back for an hour. Then they told me I needed to make an appointment, which I tried to do at home but no appointments were available. I then showed this to them on the app, that there were no appointments available. They still told me to come back in 1 hour and 40 minutes. That is a long lunch. 2. I returned an hour and 40 minutes. I did the pre-check with another employee and he was wonderful. 3. I was sent in to see the nurse. She asked me questions and did not wait for my answers. She argued with me about the answers I did give. At one point she asked me why I was taking so many meds and "what issues" did I have to be taking that many. I told her OCD. She then continues to aske me about what is wrong with me, specifically asking me if i had bipolar or schizophrenia. I found this to be extremely rude. Later in the appointment she also asked me how I was able to afford to see my specialists and I couldn't afford to have insurance. I do not see what this has to do with my visit. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I will not be returning to a CVS minute clinic. The website was difficult to use. The technology in the office was not good. The nurse was rude, difficult, dismissive, and didn't help me at all. I wasted $160 for her to tell me things that were not true. I googled her statements later and she was incorrect about many things that she told me. This experience was terrible.

My experience with the nurse was positive. My experience with the nurse practitioner was poor. She acted like she'd rather be doing anything other than what she was doing.
