Was seen 15 minutes after scheduled appointment but otherwise experience was great.
I really appreciated being able to schedule my appt. online and even more impressed when I arrived and was seen right away at the assigned time.
Nurse practitioner was extremely thorough and helpful. I was very pleased with my experience.

I had a 12:40 appointment and was seen by the nurse around 1:00 pm, and then proceeded to wait for the doctor to see me. At 1:30, the nurse apologized but said they would be closing for lunch for 1 hour and that I would need to come back for the second part of my appointment. While I understand a lunch break is vital to employees, I do not understand why I was able to book a 12:40 appointment and have to then wait 1 hour to do the second part of my appointment. I did not leave CVS until almost 3:00 pm. Since the nurse had taken vitals and started the process - I knew I would be charged regardless, if I left the appointment. I asked to transfer my information to another CVS, I asked if the doctor could simply call me with results and call in a prescription at a different pharmacy vs. waiting 1 hour - and was repeatedly told no. There was no sense of urgency or regard for the my (the patient) time. 2.5 hours is way too long to be at a Minute Clinic appointment and I just do not understand the point of allowing appointment times when they are completely disregarded. Additionally, the CVS overall was very dirty - restrooms almost unusable (no soap, no paper towels, dirty floor, sink, and more) I will not be returning to CVS.
The providers were very helpful, however i needed paper work filled out for my employer and trying to get this done was very inconvenient. I tried to get the email of the provider or some form of online messaging so i could see over my paperwork. However this was not possible and instead i have to go in person and make another appointment. This should be fixed.
I had a great experience the visit was quick and easy very informative and I was asked a lot of Intel questions to help better serve my need and was given a lot of information on my concern for coming in overall i enjoyed the visit.
The provider listened to my concerns and I was able to participate in decisions
