The Provider The Provider always provides excellent service and professionalism

The appointment time was honored. The practitioner was patient - listening to me fully to make sure my symptoms were understood. Good explanation of steps to take, recommended treatment and what to expect in the coming days.

The provider was great. I realized I should have accepted all the meds she offered as I didn't take the tessalon pearles and I was told by the pharmacy the clinic has not phone to reach the NP and the only way to add the prescription is a brand new apptmt which I won't do.

The provider was pleasant, interested in my symptoms and me as a person. She had a nice personality. The reason I did not give her a 10 is because I think she should've given me a Covid test. She probably did not offer because I had taken one at home the day before and it was negative. Unfortunately, when I went home later and repeated the Covid test because I was concerned about how incredibly sore my throat was, it was positive. I should've asked for one. So I accept the responsibility for that. But I think given how painful my throat was, and the fact that the strep test was negative, it would've been a good idea for her to suggest a Covid test.

Easy online scheduling. Very professional and thorough exam by nurse practitioner, Providern. Convenient location.

I was there for a TB test for my mother, who was moving to a memory care facility. Mom was resistant to the move, and would have likely been stressed by the skin-reaction test, which doesn't resemble the standard labs she is used to. A second visit to review her reaction would have added to the problem. The doctor agreed to perform the blood test version instead, so it all seemed very routine to my mother, and helped ease what has been a very stressful period for my family.

No wait, fast diagnosis, and prescription filled without to much wait time.

The doctor had my best interests in mind and carefully took her time with me to consider other things that might be going on with my health.
