The Nurse Practitioner was attentive, thorough and knowledgeable!
the online system does not work well. It's too long-winded and often results in a failed booking, either for technical reasons or because the time is booked by the time I get through the process.

The nurse that we saw is incredible. She was patient, very knowledgeable and gave thorough explanations. The Provider talked to my son about his condition and made sure he understood why things were happening and the best treatment approach. If she were at a doctor's office, I would request her every time. CVS is extremely fortunate to have her!
