Your MinuteClinic representative The Provider was thorough and very professional. I was hesitant at coming, but I am also switching over my prescription to CVS because of her overall caring.

Very impersonal service, ran late despite having an "appointment".
Went in for ear discomfort. Providert felt rushed because there was only one doctor available. Anyways. She said I had excessive ear wax. Started doing a rinse but didn't do any softening of the wax. Went through that twice. I think she was too aggressive with the spray bottle and I felt a shooting pain and my ear started bleeding. Now I can barely hear out of my left ear. Also she only did one ear though both had build up. Felt rushed.
