Thank you MinuteClinic at CVS for being open and available !!!! The provider was very kind, gracious, and knowledgeable about my concerns. Sometimes when a health issue comes up, I don't know what to do and seeing a provider at your clinic made me feel so cared for not just yesterday but each and every time before too. The no appointment needed feature was new yesterday and I appreciated that option very much.

I scheduled a TB test on Thursday (4/2/26) evening. Everything was fine for that appointment and the nurse scheduled me to come back on Sunday (4/5/26) at 12pm to read the test, and I was told I have to show up on Sunday or the result will be invalid. I showed up to the appointment and the clinic was closed and now I have to retake it. This is very unprofessional and so inconvenient, especially with the nature of the test. Please do better because I asked an employee and they said I was the second person that day to come in for an appointment only to find out the clinic was closed.
