Easy to schedule. Great level of service and care. One note though - on the website when I went to make the appointment the night before, it said "No more appointments available, but walk-ins are always welcome. We are open until 7:30 pm". I drove to CVS to try and do a walk-in and the nurse told me their last patient is at 6:50 and I would need to make an appointment for the next day, even though it was 7 pm and they weren't closing until 7:30. The website should say the time they stop accepting walk-ins so people don't waste their time driving to the store. I also do not like being asked about vaccines. I didn't come in for a vaccine, I don't need to be asked about my last tetanus vaccination just because it's not on my chart. It puts me in an uncomfortable situation. My appointment was for a strep throat swab, I expect it to stay on course and not feel bullied into getting vaccinations. This is a main reason I stopped going to my primary care doctor because it's the only thing they care about.

Waited a long time. Retire process took too long.

It was quick thorough. I felt like they listened and were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice staff members and no wait time.

The nurse there (wish I could remember her name!) was so professional and very kind to both my husband and me. He came for a TB PPD test. she explained about the QuantiFERON blood test and gave him a choice and he did the blood test. I wasn't on the schedule but she fit me in as well. And even though it was about lunch time, she took the time to get us printouts of our visit. What a joy to meet someone who cares about the patient so much!

My appointment was handled very professionally. She made sure to check all the boxes. i felt very safe and comfortable and i felt my diagnoses was spot on i would definitely go back if i needed too. Gracias

I had an excellent experience at the CVS MinuteClinic. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. They took the time to thoroughly address my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure I received the proper treatment. What stood out most was their willingness to go the extra mile-it made a real difference and gave me complete confidence in the care I received. It's not often you come across a team that combines efficiency with such a high level of compassion. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality care. They truly exceeded my expectations. AAAAA+++++!

Very unorganized. Did not address the issues. Ordered nasal spray to a different CVS...then had to wait 30 minutes to get that one canceled. Then was told to look at the screen that she ordered it right..so unprofessional. And overall had a sinus infection and didn't get anything to treat it Even though she could read in my chart....I am prone to these.
