Not sure why you have appointments when they aren't followed. Arrived at 10:00 for a 10:10 appointment and wasn't taken back for TWO HOURS. That is absolutely ridiculous!
Check in procedure was very easy. I did it all at online at home. The exam was very quick & easy.

Very friendly provider. Explained what she was doing, and why she chose the prescriptions, and what extra I could do/take at home to feel better faster. Only issue was I had requested my name be updated to my married name, but it wasn't, so there was some confusion with picking up the prescription. But when I called in to the Minute Clinic phone line, the person who picked up was very friendly and helpful as well.
I booked online, which was easy and got a few hours later the same day. The Provider (the NP) was very professional, thorough and very friendly. She explained everything to me and provided the needed Rx's to take care of my health being restored.
I was pleased with my care.
Both service times we had to wait over one hour past our appointment. However the service we received was very good and personable.
