She was very thorough. Explained everything to me was super friendly even walked me to the aisle to make sure I was buying the correct over-the-counter medication. Excellent excellent experience.
Quick and friendly service
So easy to schedule an appointment, ran on time, easy to check in once you arrive. The nurse was VERY THORProviderGH explained exactly what she was going to do and why. Very pleased with the experience and grateful for this convenience. Great invention please keep it up.
Family Nurse Practitioner was excellent in diagnosing my infection and ruling out other infections through rapid testing.

The services themselves provided and the practitioner were excellent. My ratings would be higher if it weren't for the misleading wait time. When I signed my daughter up online, it showed availability and I made an appointment for 5:10, but somehow that was changed into joining the waitlist where we almost couldn't be seen prior to the clinic closing. A very kind customer offered their appointment slot up to us, so we were able to be seen. If they hadn't, my sick 8 year old daughter would have been sitting in waiting area for 1.5 hours for nothing. The sign up process showing a specific time and that turning into being on the waitlist, and then not having any openings left to be seen prior to closing is a misleading process.
The medical person was outstanding!!!! She went our of her way to address my medical needs and she was very informative and knowledgeable.
