I had heard of Minute Clinic, but never had a reason to go there until this week. Loved that I was able to make an appointment or walk in. Loved that there weren't long lines of people waiting and that I was seen by a medical professional very close to my scheduled appointment.

I received superb care at the North Canton CVS Minute Clinic. The Provider was thorough, took his time to explain and suggested vaccines that would be beneficial. He listened to me explain my symptoms and really cared. I was also prescribed medications which were ready almost immediately! Very pleased!

Provider saw I was in the lobby but went back into the room and waited 12 min to come out and take me in for my appt. She referred to the computer recommendations and said my symptoms weren't present long enough to warrant antibiotics and recommended otc medicine. Worthless trip

Very friendly and kind nurse that did a great job of removing wax from my ears. Easy and efficient set up there.

It was ok, I felt the practitioner was a little irritated that I came after only being sick for one day. I explained that I am going to a trip at the end of the week with my elderly parents and did not want to get them sick and I know if I had the flu or covid the medicine only works if you get it in the first few days. I wanted to take every precaution to protect my parents as I was feeling very ill. I thought her bedside manner was poor, saying "I have not had anyone with the flu in weeks," I did not know that, plus i was on a cruise and in mexico/ bahamas ect where it was possible other viruses could have been circulating. She also said she doesn't give meds for covid anymore people just 'walk around with it. " I felt embarrassed I came there for a visit.

Easy to make online appt. Several times available for a sane day appointment. No waiting when I arrived.

The Provider was so patient and helpful. You can tell that he really cares about his patients and takes the time to understand what's going on with your health. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.
