I found the practioner to be caring, thorough and spent more time with me than I would have expected. She even showed me where the wound care materials that I needed were located in the store.

I received great concern and skilled diagnosis; and, ultimately was prescribed critical medications. My first time experiencing a CVS store with an urgent care office.

I came in with no fever, hot/cold flashes, sinus pressure, dry cough, ear pressure, throat drainage, occasional runny nose, and a sore throat. I've been coughing up dark green phlegm in chunks. All 3 tests came back negative for strep, flu and Providervid. She told me "you prob have the flu even though it's negative so that's how I'll treat it".. when I asked about this being a sinus infection (I've gotten them before) she said no this seems like the flu (WHICH WAS NEGATIVE) . She sent me prescriptions and 24 hours I still feel like garbage and no different with the medicine. I actually felt worse after taking the medicine.
