The Provider (I believe….i have a horrible memory) was so kind and sweet to me and went above and beyond to find out what course of treatment t would be good for my infected arm. She was knowledgeable and so helpful.
I had a 6:10pm appointment and didn't see the Dr/PA until 7:05. I don't blame the Dr/PA but perhaps you should evaluate your scheduling and walk-in system. Waiting almost an hour to be seen is unacceptable. When I finally saw the physician, he was fine, but anxious to get out after a long day.
Efficiency
Friendly helpful understanding and nice!
Estuve muy satisfecha con el trato en la pequeña clínica , buen trato y rápido , limpio el lugar y buen trato de la enfermera, lo recomiendo para próximos exámenes.
On 5/29/2026, my son and I visited the CVS Minute Clinic at 5764 Peachtree Industrial BLVD, and experienced extremely poor service from practitioner Providerro. After signing in, we waited 20 minutes without acknowledgment (she did not have a patient)- The Provider then assisted another customer who arrived after us.When I politely mentioned we had been waiting, [...]ro requested my identification with a dismissive attitude. She then asked why we were there and what insurance we had, despite this information already being in the system. When I stated we have Tricare, she responded, "Oh, I thought you had regular insurance. You will have to wait."When I asked for clarification, The Provider took a deep breath and stated she could not help us because "it was too late in the day." She provided a requisition form and instructed us to schedule an appointment at Quest instead. She proceeded to help the gentleman that came in after us. Throughout this interaction, Providerro displayed consistently rude behavior toward us: -Avoided eye contact when returning my documents. -Used dismissive body language and gestures. -Spoke with a poor attitude in every exchange. -Treated us markedly different from the other customer she served. My son and I remained quiet and patient throughout, yet we were dismissed without receiving the service we came for. This experience was unacceptable.
The medical professional ( not sure if she was a nurse or nurse practitioner) was very friendly
Nurse practitioner made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience to her. Nobody there before me and she still made me wait to be seen. Barely did the minimum to be considered an examination. She did not care one bit about my problems or a real diagnosis
Poor bedside manner. Rude practitioner. Made me and my son very uncomfortable.

What is GLP-1 and how does it help with weight loss?
GLP-1 medications work by imitating a natural hormone that regulates insulin and appetite. They help reduce cravings and improve blood sugar control, which can lead to weight loss when combined with diet and activity changes.
How can I get prescribed Ozempic® or another weight-loss medication?
A licensed MinuteClinic® provider will evaluate your health history, medications, BMI (Body Mass Index) and lifestyle. If you're a good candidate, they can prescribe GLP-1 medication either in person or virtually.
Is semaglutide covered by insurance?
Insurance coverage can vary. Some plans cover semaglutide for weight loss, while others may require prior authorization. Our staff can help you determine your benefits.
How much does semaglutide cost with or without insurance?
Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your insurance and eligibility for savings programs. Our team can guide you through the process and help you understand your financial options.
How do I know if I'm eligible for weight-loss medication?
Your provider will look at your full health profile, including your medical history, current medications, BMI (Body Mass Index) and lifestyle habits to see if GLP-1 treatment is a good fit for you.
