The appointment was easy to make. The nurse saw me on time and addressed my needs and concerns.
Person proving medical services was very rude had no customer service skills at all and wait time was 30-35 minutes after the appointment time.
Quick, efficient and helpful
I did not have an appointment and there was a short lead time. I felt that the nurse was competent but could have been nicer to me (a senior citizen).
The attendant was very thorough and patient, and had great interpersonal skills.

Waited 50 minutes past appointment time. Nurse was competent but spent more time debating me on the form vs doing the physical.
