The provider who met with me was knowledgeable and she cleaned my ears as requested. I couldn't get an appointment for that service in an actual doctor's office and I tried before I thought of CVS. Thanks, CVS!

Nurse was kind, but needed prompting on what to do/how to proceed.
I will not be returning to MinuteClinic for TB testing in the future. Charging separate fees for both administering and reading a required test feels unreasonable and out of touch with the reality that this is a basic employment requirement for many people. What should be a straightforward, accessible service instead becomes unnecessarily costly and inconvenient. I'll be seeking care from providers that offer more transparent, fair, and bundled pricing for essential services like this.

The woman who did my test was very kind and made sure I wasn't dizzy after the blood draw. Professional but also made me feel comfortable at the appointment.
