Very professional and thorough
I was seen and treated for a strep throat on Saturday, 4/4 at 11a. The medication I was prescribed was not the correct medication or dosage to properly treat my infection. I am on day 4 of the prescribed Amoxicillin 500 mg tabs 1 every 12 hrs and my symptoms are worsening. As such, I made an appt and saw my primary for a follow up visit to properly treat the infection.
Impressed with how thorough, precise. Positive strep lab results in a minute and the Rx for antibiotic was ready quickly for my grandson. My swollen painful jaw was infected from a broken tooth she discovered and the Rx she prescribed is working
In a very timely fashion I was able to obtain a medical practitioner's focus on my personal medical concern.
The nurse was nice and diagnosed that I had the flu. My wife called a doctor friend and told her my symptoms. The doctor told me to go to an urgent care immediately and to have chest x-rays. The UC docs determined that I did not have the flu and the x-rays showed that I had pneumonia.
Can't say enough about the care I received at the clinic. The Provider was very attentive, professional, and thorough. So glad someone recommended that I go there.

The NP I met with "the Provider" was very receptive and listened to me before starting her examination. She identified my infection and explained best ways to care for myself.
