Excellent care. Now I won't go anywhere else.
Provider recommended Flonase and Sudafed PE for otitis media w/ effusion but Sudafed PE has been proven in studies to be ineffective as a decongestant, which makes me doubt the rest of her recommendations
Easy way to make appointment Nurse practitioner was excellent
Easy, NP was helpful and knowledgeable. Clean facility. Minor waiting. Highly recommend. It will be my new go to for the basics.
The nurse practitioner was attentive and very professional in her concern about my issue.
No improvement, I was not prescribe anything for my cough, and I tried OTC cough meds.
I went to the Minute Clinic with a very severe sore throat, chills and swollen lymph nodes. I was seen by nurse practitioner The Provider The Provider. She performed a strep test on me that came back negative. She told me my severe sore throat was likely due to allergies. I told her I did not believe this was allergies and I asked for a Covid and flu test. She told me that a sore throat is not a symptom of Covid or the flu. She gave me the Covid test, which came back negative, but refused to do the flu test stating that I had no flu symptoms. She told me I could purchase my own flu test but that she wasn't doing one for me. She did not look in my nose or my throat. She did not check my lungs or heart beat. I left very upset because I was in a lot of pain and was told it was allergies when I knew it wasn't. I purchased my own flu test the next day and it came back positive for flu A. At this point, it had been over 48 hours since my symptoms began and now I would no longer be eligible for tamiflu. I am very disappointed in this provider and felt like I did not receive the care I needed. I will not return to this location or advise anyone to go here. It was a waste of time and money.
