Best experience.
Easy to schedule, the nurse saw me promptly and explained the vaccine process.
My experience with CVS Minute Clinic was EXCELLENT. I was administered by The Provider. She was very nice, professional, easy to talk to regarding medical reason for being there. The Provider checked me over and realized I had a bacterial infection. She prescribed medication and by 2nd day was feeling much better.
The Provider was great! Got my diagnosis cured asap! Very efficient she was also as I did a walk in on my lunch break!
The Nurse Practitioner, The Provider, was especially attentive and responsive. I set an appointment time and was met right on time! Overall, the experience was very good.
They are always very kind and take plenty of time to look me over/discuss issues with me.
As we came 10 minutes early there was a problem with over booking and we waited for almost an hour for a TB test, which only took 10 minutes tops. The Nuse was very nice. We had cleaners asking us to mover so they could sweep under our chairs and wipe seats while we waited. That was very unprofessional during business hours.
I appreciate the ease of scheduling appointment online. I appreciate the room having air purifier in the room. I appreciate the ease of having prescription sent directly to pharmacy.
On line booking not working at all. Need to go to the site to look a time spot. Even the on site computer didn't not work well. Frustrating!

I was charged 180.00 for covered services through caresource. I verified before going to minute clinic but I was charged because you guys said it wasn't covered. I now have to wait weeks for caresource to reimburse me as they say they will. Second I was there for IM injection and the lady missed muscle the first time and had to stick me again!!
