Easy to sign in once you get there. Environment is always clean and welcoming. Staff is always caring and friendly
The staff are good listeners and very knowledgeable.
I walked in and was seen within ten minutes. The practitioner was qualified, personable and answered all my questions. 10 out of 10 experience.
Ear wax cleaned out. Expected a little bleeding but not as much as I had. Bleeding has stopped and only have a slight drop in ear when touched with a kleenix. But my ear feels completely plugged and I can not hear out of it. Is this normal? Should I make another appointment to have it looked at? Wish I could just call and talk to someone about it.
The care we received from our visit was exceptional. The Provider the nurse was amazing.
The dr recommended getting 2 vaccines along with my eye and ear infection treatments. This lead to a strong fever for two days. This should not have been done at the same time.
It would be 10, but the nurse was kinda rude.
Physician was great, that said miniute clinic did not have the equipment/services I needed. I had to go to an urgent care. Next time I would just go to urgent car and bypass minute clinic. It would have been nice if minute clinic as clear on what services they have and DO NOT have
The nurse was friendly and fast, the NP was thorough, kindly explained what he was checking and answers my questions fully. Grateful for the in-and-out in under an hour from a same day appointment.
