Providermbs was very thorough in asking questions on my conditions, symptoms, exposures. She took time testing, reviewing me the patient and providing a prognosis.
I had a very positive experience at my appointment. The nurse practitioner went above and beyond the service I requested by anticipating and providing me with referrals that I need.
I was misdiagnosed at the clinic. The provider acted as if she knew exactly what was wrong. I ended up at the emergency room that night. Your provider diagnosed me with a UTI when what really was happening was a severely ruptured ovarian cyst. Not even close. The fact that I had to pay $200 for her to makeup a diagnoses is crazy to me.
It was very pleasant really professional she took her time to help me register while checking in I highly give her a great review hands on not rushed very patient showed she really care about her patients great job

Because I came in expecting to get assistance in what my issue was and I did. Not only did I get help with my problem. I ended up with a very kind and respectful individual that treated me like a human and not some robot or somebody just looking for something. I needed help they gave help and they were very, very respectful. They took an extra time to talk to me and explain certain things and that means a lot to me. To me that is top quality and I appreciate such a wonderful individual working at the clinic.
