Quick, convenient, knowledgeable practitioner
The NP asked me three times if I took any daily medication. She wore a mask the whole time and mumbled and looked at her computer screen so couldn't understand her. Then asked me twice where I would like to have my prescription sent to. Then commented negatively on my kid's behavior. Then took my BP through my sweatshirt. Then sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy (after asking me twice where she should send it). Luckily I just had a rash and wasn't really sick or it would have been much more stressful. I won't be returning to this minute clinic and I have secondhand embarrassment for this NP and CVS location.
I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time and received excellent care. The nurse practitioner was kind and compassionate. She completed a thorough exam and provided easy to understand information regarding my diagnosis. Thank you so much.

Super easy to make an appointment. Our doctor was incredibly nice, efficient, fast. We were in and out in like 10 minutes which is amazing when we just had a simple ear infection.

I was very disappointed that the NP would not give my daughter any medicine. She has been suffering with painful congestion for about 9 days and she said it was just allergies. She has barely slept in a week and that is terrible to deny a child. She said it was just allergies, which I do not believe, so now I have to pay this bill and go to another Dr and miss time that I have very little of to get her treatment.
