Quality of service was good, and service was punctual and prompt.
The two ladies working the day I went were exceptional !!! I wish more people were like them.
I was pleased to get a check on my lungs after breaking several ribs. I was worried that I was developing pneumonia.
The two individuals I interacted with were friendly and pleasant, so no complaints there. However, the purpose of my visit was to have bandages changed on my back and neck from a recent mole removal procedure. I obviously can't reach my back to properly clean the areas, and reapply fresh bandages, so I figured popping in to the Minute Clinic would be my best bet, since I didn't need a full blown doctors appointment for seven wounds the size of pencil erasers. I would assume that if somebody is working in an establishment that provides medical care and is acting as the person providing medical care, that basic first-aid, minor wound cleaning and re-dressing would be easily executable. However, after receiving an almost full body bath with saline spray, not having the wounds properly cleaned or dried, and then having ointment excessively painted on and around a large area surrounding the small wound sites, obviously the bandaids wouldn't stick to my skin. I left with 2 of the 3 bandaids on my neck flapping in the wind, and 2 on my back had fallen off completely by the time I got to my car. I ended up going home and spending over an hour trying to figure out how to clean off all the ointment, properly wash and dry the wounds, reapply ointment, and re-bandage the sites on my back myself. Which I guess I should have done to begin with instead of driving 40 minutes round trip with gas prices at an all-time high. Again, the person was friendly, but if an advertised service is basic wound care, it should probably be something that can actually be successfully executed. Maybe there needs to be more training so anybody else going for cuts/scrapes/blisters gets proper care.
The providers were capable, efficient and very cordial. They were thorough and quickly put me at ease, giving me valuable feedback and ruled out a Covid episode.
Ease of making appointment. Taken back on time. Clear explanation of everything.
The professionalism and attitude was very inviting
