If the staff actually listen to the patient in order to treat them and give some sort of relief of symptoms.
Scheduling online was a difficult process as there was some confusion between an appointment and a waiting list appointment. My husband had difficulty with this and was disappointed and discouraged.
My provider was helpful and professional while still being friendly.
The practitioners were friendly, helpful, and professional.
Outstanding customer service!
I didn't receive a call back after my son threw up all the medications right after visiting the minute clinic, once I call back the clinics, two hours after my visit. CVS representative tried nurse practitioner at many extensions, but no luck. I left a message with him to get a return call asap as my son maybe needed to switch from tamiflu to xofluza as it's gentler for his stomach. After days no return call and he's been throwing up every day since our visit.
The NP I saw- I wish I could remember her name was EVERYTHING provider should be. She was patient, kind and compassionate. I wish more providers took after her!
The Provider was professional and helpful but office space felt sad and sterile. chairs outside while waiting 40 minutes was uncomfortable.
Everything from checking in, getting seen and having my prescription ready on my way out was smooth. I had to wait a few extra minutes past my appointment time but they were busy.
