Location was convenient and clean. The staff was very pleasant.
The practitioner I saw was extremely friendly and helpful. She was kind, empathetic and very thorough. This can be rare in an urgent care setting, so it was refreshing to get someone so nice.
The service was excellent. The Provider helped me to go trough the evaluation and then the treatment.

I finally got my shingles vaccination because The Provider took the time to explain to me the urgency of having it. I had always been told shingles was a painful rash so I refused the vaccine. The Provider explained the seriousness of shingles and I gladly took the vaccine. Thank you The Provider gir going the extra mile.

We're close to on time . PA and trainee were very friendly and efficient. The took care of my issue very well while keeping me comfortable. The only thing that was irritating was having to answer many questions unrelated to why I was there. Because it was covered by Medicare the questions were related to senior safety, mental wellness, and ability to get along ok at home I came here to keep the visit short and quick as opposed to going to a doctors office. I didn't have much extra time. Wish that part could be changed Otherwise I was very pleased to have my issue taken care of
