The nurse was very kind and knowledgeable. The appt was very timely.

It was a positive experience. The nurse practitioner was very personable and competent. The only ding was waiting 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment.

The nurse and nurse assistant(?) were both friendly, communicative, and thorough. They answered my questions clearly and knowledgably. Also, the nurse helped me to identify a vaccine booster I missed, which I was able to have administered during my appointment.

Both the nurse and the PA, The Provider, were smart, skilled and caring. Wait time wasn't long, my visit wasn't rushed and I got the treatment I needed right away. Excellent all around.

I was able to book an appointment but waited nearly an hour after the scheduled appointment to be called for my turn.

Both the RN and NP were excellent! Both were kind, professional and caring. I could see that they truly care for their patients.

Provider was not knowledgeable about the medications, procedures or my chart history. Insisted the medication I had been prescribed by same office at the same pharmacy for 7 months (Mounjaro) was not an option despite seeing my prescriptions on the app on my phone. Insisted I had been taken Zepbound even after I showed her the info in CVS app and explained my insurance will not cover Zepbound. Told me that I have to have several tests to get started although not one other provider at that clinic has ever told me that. Gave me completely different info than all the other providers at that clinic I have seen since May. Argued about several things even after being shown my info in my health records. Left and will not return to that provider. All prior experiences there with other providers was excellent. This one was awful.
