Lazily misdiagnosed me with conjunctivitis in 10 minutes, had to go to the ER next day where they confirmed I was misdiagnosed.
The visit was smooth, professional, effective with all the indication after the diagnosis.
I'm not sure what I expected the clinic to look like what I did not imagine a small claustrophobic room. The young lady who attended me seemed annoyed by my presence
Very good service, personnel are very professionals .
I had an appointment and I had to wait an hour and forty five minutes after the appointment to be seen and I when I was seen they couldnt take my blood, which is what I went there for. I left without getting what I needed done completed and all I was told was sorry. I know i'm going to be billed for the visit when they did absolutely nothing, but refer me to quest and that's unfair to me because i'm not made out of money.
I like the doctor attitude and service to the patient
The Provider was very attentive, answered all my queries and treated my wound care very well. She also prescribed antibiotics which have been very effective to treat my condition. Thank you for your help and support.
My experience at the clinic was awesome, however for some reason later in the day I received an "updated" test result indicating I had tested positive for The Provider afterall. Not feeling well to begin with, I didn't initially realize that the results were from 2023!! I subsequently went to an urgent care center and showed it to the doctor. They didn't notice the date either.. anyhow, this caused undo stress and confusion since I was supposed to board a plane the next day! Please don't resend old results unless requested…
